Yes. Click the Try Now button and sign up, you get your own workspace on our free trial (which is based on a Standard tier): 10 reports in total, one per NDT method. No payment details are needed to get started. When your organization needs more, upgrade anytime from Billing in the app.
2. How does billing work?
Plans are structured per organization, featuring unlimited users on every tier. Each paid plan includes a dedicated monthly report allowance, with any additional reports managed through simple overage rates. You can upgrade your subscription at any time as your testing methods and report volumes grow.
3. Which NDT methods are supported?
Nexus NDT provides comprehensive support for a full spectrum of non-destructive testing procedures, including UT, MT, PT, RT, VT, HT, WT, PA, TOFD, and ET. Specific method access scales seamlessly with your subscription tier, ensuring your organization has the exact testing capabilities it needs as it grows.
4. Can technicians work offline?
Availability: Offline functionality is included exclusively on the Ultimate plan.
Field Execution: Inspectors can install the mobile progressive web application (PWA) to perform field inspections and data entry without an active internet connection.
Data Synchronization: All completed jobs and reports securely synchronize back to the main system automatically once connectivity is restored.
5. Can we use our own report layout?
Standard & Default Templates: Template 2 is our default PDF layout and is included on every plan. Template 1, featuring a classic tabular layout, is available on the Standard plan and higher. Basic tier accounts utilize Template 2 by default unless an upgrade is made.
Bespoke PDF Development: If you require a fully custom report format tailored precisely to your organization’s existing paperwork, our team handles the commission for you. Simply select Request custom layout directly in the app or contact our sales team, and Nexus will build and configure it to your exact specifications.
6. Can we manage multiple locations or companies?
Workspace Structure: Your subscription covers one organization with its own dedicated workspace, allowing you to seamlessly manage your clients, jobs, and sites directly within a single platform.
